The Programme's Four Modules
Coaching is a partnership between the client and the coach in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire the client to maximise their personal and professional potential. The more work the client puts in, the more accountable the client is for their actions, the better and fulfilling the outcome will be. The magic happens out of our comfort zones!
Module 1 – Discovery
Getting to know you – who are you, what makes you you, where you are in your (work) life, what do you want and where you want to be.
How I can best support you and what you need to move forward towards your goals
Module 2 – You and your purpose
Exploring your personal story and landscape, what motivates and drives you; starting your journey on your WHY – what is your purpose, what do you love, what makes you get out of bed each morning; if we’re driven by our WHY success will follow; practice of SMART goal setting and exploring what you are voting for and against
Module 3 – Sharpening your Ikigai
Assess what your are good at, your talents, skills and capabilities; what do you value, what do you believe about yourself and how does this serve you; what interests you and what can you bring to the world; obstacles you face, how to overcome them and thrive

Bringing it all together and craft a strategy to operate from a place of purpose, power and fulfilment

In 2019 Inga created Medea International Limited, named after the character Medea in the Greek mythology. A cunning enchantress who helped Jason, leader of the Argonauts, obtain the Golden Fleece, a symbol of authority and kingship. Whilst she does not have much in common with Medea, Inga too is passionate about empowering others to step out of their comfort zone to design their success – to enable others win their version of the Golden Fleece.
Throughout her life people enjoyed having Inga as a strategic sparring partner, whether in business or in her personal life, and she successfully mentored, coached, challenged and advised others so they achieved systemic improvements.
Inga is drawing from over 15 years’ experience in business development; being able to ‘put herself into her clients’ shoes’ and by asking the right questions. In addition she has over 6 years’ practice of helping individuals and teams to win better in complex competitive environments and preparing and delivering pitches and presentations.
Having worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years, she understands the pressure people are under to perform well, to set themselves apart and to find ways of getting recognised for work done well.
