Who is The Programme for?

Let’s face it, time is precious and establishing if we are “the right fit” is crucial for a successful start.

So, here are a few pointers on who this programme is designed to help make an impact.

this Might not Be Right for You

Sorry, but sometimes it’s simply not the right fit.

What Are The Options?

Do-It-Yourself by reading personal development books & attending online trainings

It’s time consuming as it will take time to find the right solution for yourself  – time you rarely have

Try and error approach; difficult to find out what resources to rely on, which methodology is the best fit, what tools and techniques to utilise, what online trainings are most beneficial and generally wondering where to start

It takes a long time to get results and frustration can build up further, chipping away your energy and motivation

Personal development through your line manager or a senior partner in the firm

Trust to be open and honest about yourself and your perceived shortcomings

Potential conflict with own agenda as they usually have a clear stake in the outcome of the conversation – dependant relationship

Leadership style not right fit to empower personal development – there is a danger to tell you what to do as due to being accustomed to being in charge and issuing orders

Risk to solely develop you in the realms of your job and with a solution in mind

Inherent power imbalance in the relationship and not a conversation between equals

Takes place under significant pressure created by the economic challenge

Hire an independent success coach with unconditional positive regard for you

Or you can hire an independent success coach with no other agenda than to support and empower you to make an impact – faster, smarter and sustainable all the while you reduce your performance anxiety.

A coach who is at all times supportive and non-judgemental of you, your views, lifestyle and aspirations. Who ensures that you develop and improve your competencies and do not develop unhealthy dependencies on the coaching relationship. Someone who encourages commitment to action and the development of lasting success, growth and change.

What You Get

Pivot in your role, be better equipped to set yourself apart, enhance your strengths and stop standing in your own way and generally operate from a place of purpose, power and fulfilment

All it takes is 12 weeks – 12 weeks to find your personal purpose and create your business case for getting to the next level. Remember, success is the fruit of design and mindset and the programme enables you to jumpstart the journey.

The programme consists of:

And involves a deep enquiry into:

The Programme's Four Modules

Coaching is a partnership between the client and the coach in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire the client to maximise their personal and professional potential. The more work the client puts in, the more accountable the client is for their actions, the better and fulfilling the outcome will be. The magic happens out of our comfort zones!

Module 1 – Discovery

Getting to know you – who are you, what makes you you, where you are in your (work) life, what do you want and where you want to be.

How I can best support you and what you need to move forward towards your goals

Module 2 – You and your purpose

Exploring your personal story and landscape, what motivates and drives you; starting your journey on your WHY –  what is your purpose, what do you love, what makes you get out of bed each morning; if we’re driven by our WHY success will follow; practice of SMART goal setting and exploring what you are voting for and against

Module 3 – Sharpening your Ikigai

Assess what your are good at, your talents, skills and capabilities; what do you value, what do you believe about yourself and how does this serve you; what interests you and what can you bring to the world; obstacles you face, how to overcome them and thrive

Module 4 – Design your success

Bringing it all together and craft a strategy to operate from a place of purpose, power and fulfilment

Are you determined to leave your mark in a high achiever environment?

According to the ICF – International Coaching Federation, coaching is defined as follows: Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship, partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Ultimately coaching helps people produce extraordanary results in their lives, careers, businesses and organisations.

In a nutshell: Powerful questions that make you think about things you may have never thought about and perhaps no one else ever asked.

No agenda on the coaches’ part except to fully support you. Strategising with you to get “un-stuck” and work through any challenges, fears or opportunities. You will have fun and the coaching time is YOURS.

This is all about YOU. Your coach will work with you on how to best use them as a powerful instrument for moving forward and achieving what you want.

We’re using an ontological coaching approach. Ontology is the study of being and focusing on the client as a whole – language, emotions and physiology – is an extraordinarily powerful method for effecting change as this produces major shifts in perception and behaviour through all aspects of communication.
Absolutely! The right match is key to the success of the coaching experience and it’s therefore crucial that you make sure that the fit is right.
Mentoring, particularly in its traditional sense, enables an individual to follow in the path of an older and wiser colleague who can pass on knowledge, experience and open doors to otherwise out-of-reach opportunities. Coaching on the other hand is not generally performed on the basis that the coach has direct experience of their client’s formal occupational role unless the coaching is specific and skills focused.
No. Coaching does not seek to diagnose or treat psychological problems and does not aim to cure mental health problems. Therapie helps the client to overcome blocks that have held them back in the past.
At the beginning is the ‘chemistry’ conversation, an informal, no-obligation 30min video call with a view to deciding if we are going to work together. The idea is that both parties should feel the relationship can offer the right interpersonal dynamics and ‘feel’ to create mutual confidence.  Once you decide to go ahead and the formalities, such as signing the coaching agreement are out of the way, the journey begins with some homework as this will be the foundation for the first module – Discovery. In total, the programme entails seven 60min virtual sessions, typically via Zoom or MS Teams, plus pre and post work for you to complete and reflect upon. You will receive the dial-in details from the Coach up to 24 hours before the pre-arranged time for scheduled sessions. Extra time – If you need advice, have a challenge or can’t wait to share a success. You may also call, e-mail or WhatsApp the coach anytime and the coach will respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. However we ask that you please keep these contacts to 5 or 10 minutes each.
The coach recognises that anything you share with them is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to, at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information you share with them during their sessions. For further details regarding this please refer to the ethical guidelines as set forth by the ICF-International Coach Federation (copy available upon request). The coach will maintain their professional indemnity insurance and compliance with regard to GDPR and the client’s details.

The Backdrop

Origin Story

In 2019 Inga created Medea International Limited, named after the character Medea in the Greek mythology. A cunning enchantress who helped Jason, leader of the Argonauts, obtain the Golden Fleece, a symbol of authority and kingship. Whilst she does not have much in common with Medea, Inga too is passionate about empowering others to step out of their comfort zone to design their success – to enable others win their version of the Golden Fleece.

Throughout her life people enjoyed having Inga as a strategic sparring partner, whether in business or in her personal life, and she successfully mentored, coached, challenged and advised others so they achieved systemic improvements.

Inga is drawing from over 15 years’ experience in business development; being able to ‘put herself into her clients’ shoes’ and by asking the right questions. In addition she has over 6 years’ practice of helping individuals and teams to win better in complex competitive environments and preparing and delivering pitches and presentations.

Having worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years, she understands the pressure people are under to perform well, to set themselves apart and to find ways of getting recognised for work done well.
